Senior Account Manager - Intel SBU (Beaverton, OR) (sales | marketing) (#111497) Posted: 03 Jun 2015 04:37 PM PDT Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Intel SBU Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: Full time Job description: Business unit: The Customer Group (CG) team is our field-based, customer-facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and IT. They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: This person will be a key member of the Sales/Account Team within the Intel Strategic Business Unit. Results-oriented, decisive leader with the ability to develop and lead product penetration and adoption strategies, develop negotiation strategies and lead complex internal (divisional) and external (customer) negotiations, provide strategic and day to day tactical leadership within product area(s) of responsibility. The individual should have a thorough understanding and demonstrated systematic use of Sales Best Practices. As a senior leader of the sales team, individual needs to be capable of synthesizing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing valued business relationships, and delivering best-in-class customer satisfaction to maximize sales opportunities for KLA-Tencor's inspection and metrology product portfolio. The position requires the ability to think both strategically and tactically and the ability to distill large amounts of complex information into the core basic issues to drive solutions. A passionate self-starter able to communicate with clarity is a must. This position requires knowledge of large account management and sales experience interacting with customer technical engineers, procurement specialists, and management teams. Individual will need the ability to manage conflicting priorities while remaining agile, focused and balanced. Teaming with KLA-Tencor resources at the factory and within the business unit is essential to achieve required results. Key Responsibilities/Core Competencies:
Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in engineering and 10+ years' experience in semiconductor equipment business with 7+ years of marketing or sales experience.
