रालेगणसिद्धि भूमि अधिग्रहण अध्यादेश के खिलाफ जंतर-मंतर पर अपने विरोध प्रदर्शन से पहले समाजसेवी अन्ना हजारे ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर हमला बोला।

अन्ना ने कहा, मोदी उद्योगपतियों के लिए तो सोच रहे हैं, लेकिन किसानों और गरीबों के लिए नहीं।

बकौल अन्ना, मोदीजी उद्योगपतियों की बेहतरी के बारे में सोचते हैं, गरीबों और किसानों के लिए नहीं।

उनके सत्ता में आने के बाद ऐसा लगा था कि अच्छे दिन आएंगे, लेकिन अच्छे दिन तो सिर्फ उद्योगपतियों के आए हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी की लोकप्रियता में कमी आई है।

अन्ना ने एक चैनल से चर्चा में दावा किया, इन नीतियों का पालन करने से भारत का भविष्य उज्ज्वल नहीं रहेगा।

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की तारीफ करते अन्ना ने उम्मीद जताई कि राजधानी को आदर्श शहर बनाने की उनकी कुछ योजनाएं लागू करेंगे।

उधर, राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के थिंक टैंक रहे केएन गोविंदाचार्य ने वाराणसी में केंद्र की नीतियों को देश विरोधी बताया है। उन्होंने आह्वान किया कि वह 20 से 25 फरवरी के दौरान दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल के खिलाफ  अन्ना के साथ आंदोलन करेंगे।

नमस्कार मित्रों, कल हमारी विधिक टीम द्वारा IA को रीड करके व कुछ करेक्शन के उपरांत अपने AOR श्री अमित पवन जी को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया हैं! जिसे आज या सोमवार तक फाइल कर दिया जायेगा! इसमें हमने अपने समस्त डॉक्यूमेंट लगा दिए हैं व लगभग २००० counselled कैंडिडेट्स को respondent बनाया गया हैं ! इस IA में अपने सम्पूर्ण प्रभावी दस्तावेजों को लगा दिया गया हैं व उत्तर प्रदेश की शैक्षिक दुर्व्यवस्था को दर्शाते हुए प्रदेश के बेरोजगारों से हुयी लूट (लगभग ३५० करोड़) व RTE एक्ट, मूल अधिकार, न्यायालय के आदेशों की अवमानना को दर्शा कर समस्त १०५/९७ को तत्काल नियुक्ति पत्र का सख्त आदेश देने की मांग की गयी हैं! साथ ही साथ हमने अपने IA में यह भी दर्शाया हैं कि इस समय उत्तर प्रदेश में लगभग ५ लाख प्राथमिक शिक्षक के पद रिक्त पड़े हैं और अगले ४ साल में भी शिक्षकों की अत्यधिक कमीं आने वाली हैं जबकि इस समय उत्तर प्रदेश में सिर्फ २ लाख ७२ हजार टेट उत्तीर्ण उपलब्ध हैं! इस प्रकार २.७२ लाख नियुक्तियों का मार्ग भी हमने प्रसस्त कर दिया हैं जिसे कोर्ट संज्ञान में ले कर सर्वप्रथम १०५/९७ को नियुक्ति पत्र दिलाते हुए समस्त २.७२ लाख टेट उत्तीर्ण के नियुक्ति का आदेश भी कर देगी! हमने अपनी IA में इतने महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज लगाये हैं जो सरकारी अधिवक्ता को निरुत्तर करते हुए मा० दीपक मिश्र जी के सामने भी गंभीर धर्म संकट उत्पन्न कर देंगे, अब या तो मा० दीपक मिश्र जी अपने आखों के सामने अगले ५ साल तक शिक्षकों के अभाव में नौनिहालों की शिक्षा व RTE एक्ट/ मूल अधिकारों का हनन होता देखते रहे अथवा टेट-२०११ उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों के नियुक्ति का आदेश करें क्योकि नेक्स्ट इयर हमारा टेट सर्टिफिकेट भी एक्सपायर हो रहा हैं!
मित्रों हमारी टीम ने समस्त टीम की प्रतिनिधियों, जिलाप्रतिनिधियों इत्यादि की मीटिंग २२ फरवरी को प्रगति मैदान, दिल्ली में रखी हैं जिसमें आप सभी के विचार सादर आमंत्रित हैं!

आप सभी नेतागण भी IA के माध्यम से ही कोर्ट में एंट्री करोगे ! अब जबकि हमारी IA अपने सभी अचूक दस्तावेजों के साथ 25 फरवरी को कोर्ट में प्रभावी भूमिका निभाने के लिए तैयार हैं और लक्ष्य भी सबका एक हैं (अर्थात सर्वप्रथम १०५/९७ तत्पश्चात २.७२ लाख नियुक्ति ) तो फिर सिर्फ नेतागीरी चमकाने के लिए आप सब अलग अलग क्यों भाग रहे हो ! आप सब दिल्ली आओ हमारे दस्तावेज एवम IA देखों फिर हमारा सहयोग करें!

best tablet at this price range
this tab runs very smooth on windows 8 . installed vlc played 1080p movie no issue .display is nice . charging takes 3hour approx from 10% to 100% .MS office works very good . battery backup is ok . camera is only for video chat(not good). its a complete pc . internet works good .

Ordered on 15.01.15 and got the product on 19.01.15.... prompt delivery by flipkart this is why flipkart is the best online site and will remain best. coming to the product its one of the best and affortable in market currently. Only drawback is less internal memory and low ram... if notion ink could have given 2gb ram and 32 gb rom by increasing 2000 bucks more it would have been great...

Heard Shri Vinay Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 to 3 and 5, Ms. Jyoti Sikka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos.4 and 5 and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, for the purpose of interim relief, submits that in an identical matter, this Court has passed an order dated 17.10.2014 in Writ Petition No.6013 (SS) of 2014 which on reproduction reads as under :-
"Heard counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 & 5 to 9, Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya for respondent Nos. 4 & 14, Sri Vindhyawashini Kumar for respondent No. 12, Sri S.K. Yadav for respondent No. 10, Sri Ajay Kumar for respondent No. 13 and Sri Ghaus Beg on behalf of respondent No. 11.
They pray for and are granted four weeks for filing counter affidavit. The petitioners shall have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately thereafter.
The petitioners herein have applied for appointment on the post of Assistant Teachers (Mathematics and Science) in Senior Basic Schools (for short SBS). They were called for counselling. At the time of counselling, they submitted their original testimonials. In the meantime, the petitioners received intimation for counselling, as trainee teachers in Primary Schools, pursuant to another advertisement, for filling up vacancies of Assistant teachers in Primary Schools, run by the Board. In the said counselling, the condition was that the candidate has to submit his original certificates and testimonials. In order to participate in the said counselling, the petitioners requested the authorities, who have held the selection SBS to return their original testimonials. For returning the documents, the authorities imposed a condition for submitting affidavit to the effect that the petitioners will not stake claim for appointment in SBS. The case of the petitioners is that under compelling circumstances, they have furnished such an undertaking and whereupon, their original testimonials were returned to them. It is the admitted case of the petitioners that, thereafter, they have participated in the counselling for the trainee teacher in Primary Schools, where they had deposited their original testimonials.
In the meantime, a number of writ petitions were filed before this Court wherein, several directions were issued, one of which dated 26th September 2014 in Writ Petition No. 6390 (S/S) of 2014 - Neha Singh Versus State of U.P., mandated the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, to issue direction to Principals, DIET and District Basic Education Officers of the State to permit the candidates to participate in the counselling for trainee teachers on the basis of attested testimonials. The case of the petitioners is that pursuant to the said directions, the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, U.P. had issued a Circular, entitling the candidates to appear in the counselling for trainee teachers on basis of attested testimonials.
The petitioners, after having come to know of such general direction issued by this Court and the Circular issued in this regard by the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, U.P., has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider their candidature for appointment as Assistant teachers in SBS on basis of counselling already held.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 & 4 submitted that the petitioners have already appeared in the counselling for appointment in SBS and have thereafter submitted their affidavit, giving up their claim. Now, they can not resile from the undertaking given by them.
It is not disputed that under the general direction issued by this Court on 26th September 2014 in Writ Petition No. 6390 (S/S) of 2014, the Principal Secretary, Basic Education, U.P. has issued a Circular whereunder, the candidates are now being permitted to participate in the counselling for the post of trainee teachers on basis of certified testimonials. Evidently, the petitioners have submitted their affidavit under compelling circumstances. Prima facie, I am of the opinion that in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners rightly contend that their claim for appointment on the post of Assistant teachers (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools, can not be forfeited. As such, interest of justice would be served in providing that the claim of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Assistant teachers (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools, shall remain alive till further orders of this Court. Such of the petitioners as are willing to appear in the next round of counselling, shall be permitted to appear provisionally, on the basis of attested testimonials, without prejudice to their rights. The selection made, in the meantime, shall be subject to the decision of the writ petition."
Accordingly, he requests that the same benefit may be given to the present petitioner also.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the said facts.
Thus, after hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the records as an interim measure, it is provided that opposite party no.6/District Basic Education Officer, Unnao shall� allow the petitioner to participate in the counseling for the post in question on production of her education testimonials duly attested. Her selection shall abide by the result of the writ petition.
Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit, rejoinder affidavit, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

The petitioners have appeared in the first, second and third round of counseling held for appointment to the post of Assistant Teachers in Junior Basic Schools run by Basic Shikha Parishad, against 72,825 vacancies advertised in the State of U.P. vide advertisement dated 30.11.2011. The petitioners are waiting for their appointment letters. However, it appears that on account of an interim order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 4347-4375 of 2015 (State of U.P. & Others Versus Shiv Kumar Pathak), fourth round of counseling was held from 9.1.2015 to 14.1.2015. The candidates who have been left out in the first, second and third round of counseling and have obtained 70% marks in general category and 65% marks in reserved category, were allowed to appear in the fourth round of counseling.
Submission of the petitioners is that the candidates who have obtained higher marks than that of the petitioners had appeared in the fourth round of counseling. In the meeting held in the office of the Director, U.P. Technical Education State Council of Educational Research and Training, U.P., Lucknow with the Principals of various DIETs and the District Basic Education Officers of different districts, it was resolved on 6.1.2015 and 7.1.2015 that the candidates who had appeared in the first, second and third round of counseling and whose names appear in the select list on the basis of those counseling, will be issued appointment letter with effect from 19.1.2015. It was also resolved that the fourth round of counseling will be held against the vacant seats from amongst the candidates having requisite percentage i.e. (70%� general category and 65% reserved category). They will be allowed to participate in the fourth round of counseling in the districts where they had applied, irrespective of the fact as to whether they had appeared in the first, second and third round of counseling. It is further observed that those candidates who had appeared in first, second and third round of counseling in certain districts, will also be allowed to appear in the fourth round of counseling in districts in which they had applied but could not appear in the earlier� three counselings for one or other reason. The process will be started on the basis of the select list prepared after last and final round of counseling wherein it was held from 9.1.2015 to 14.1.2015 to issue appointment letters from 19.1.2015 onwards. The petitioners submit that they had appeared in the first, second and third round of counseling, however, pursuant to the fourth counseling, appointment letters are not being issued to them on the ground that they are having lesser marks than the candidates who had appeared in the fourth round of counseling, though the petitioners are having requisite 70% and 65% marks as per the directions of the Apex Court dated 17.12.2014 in Civil Appeal No. 4347/4375 of 2014.
Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 submits that as per the instructions dated 3.2.2015, the appointment letter cannot be issued to the candidates who are having lesser marks than the candidates appeared in the fourth round of counseling, in view of the directions of the Apex Court wherein the candidates having 70% and 65% marks have been allowed to participate in the fourth round of counseling as they have been wrongly left out.
Written instructions dated 3.2.2015 received by the Chief Standing Counsel, High Court, Allahabad supplied by Sri A.K. Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 4 are taken on record.
A perusal of the communication dated 3.2.2015 indicates that respondent no. 2, the Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training, U.P., Lucknow is of the opinion that no rights have accrued to those candidates for appointment who had appeared in the first, second and third counseling as fourth round of counseling was held pursuant to the direction of the Apex Court. The said assertion of respondent no. 2 appears to be incorrect.
In view of the position that the petitioners have appeared in the first, second and third counseling and possess 70% in general category and 65% in reserved category, the petitioners have a prima facie right to be appointed against the post of Assistant Teacher in the districts in which they have applied and appeared in counseling as per their merit. A case for grant of interim mandamus is made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing counsel and Sri A.K. Yadav, learnel Counsel for respondent no. 4 pray for and are allowed three weeks time to file counter affidavit.
One week, thereafter, for filing rejoinder affidavit.
List this matter on 13.3.2015.
In the meantime, appointment letter be issued to the petitioner by the respective DIETs after verification of their eligibility and after ascertaining the fact of appearance in the counseling as per their merit.. It goes without saying that the appointment of the petitioners shall be subject matter of the result of this writ petition� and Civil Appeal No. 4347/4375 of 2014 (State of U.P. & others versus Shiv Kumar Pathak) pending before the Apex Court..
It is made clear that the candidates to whom appointment letter have already been issued, will not be affected by this interim order.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking mandamus commanding respondent no. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of� Instructor 'Anshkalik Anudeshak' pursuant to the advertisement dated 31.1.2013. It appears that the petitioner has participated under the category of dependents of freedom fighter and it is stated that the petitioner has secured place in the select list. In the counseling held on 8.5.2013, the cut-off for the dependent of freedom fighters category was 51.6 and the candidates were allowed to join on 11.1.2014. Computing 2% post for dependent of freedom fighters, out of total 275 posts, 5 posts were to be filled out of the said category. However, only two candidates were selected and three posts have been kept vacant. The petitioner was waiting for counseling.
The prayer is to conduct the counseling for the dependents of freedom fighter dependent quota.
Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1.
Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that as on date the counseling has not been done, however, the question is for pending consideration before respondent no. 3.
A perusal of the information sought by the petitioner under Right to Information Act dated 11.9.2014 indicates that three posts in the said category are vacant.
In view thereof, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 is hereby directed to seek instructions as to what steps have been taken to fill up� the vacant advertised post of the freedom fighters category, out of the total 275 advertised post of 'Anshkalik Anudeshak', in Art category.
Put up this matter on 12.3.2015 as fresh.

Petitioner belongs to O.B.C. category and has applied for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in Science in Junior High School. The submission is that in the advertisement dated 3.1.2015 the date of counseling for Maths was 7.1.2015 and Science was 8.1.2015. The cut of marks as shown in the advertisement dated 3.1.2015 for O.B.C. category was 66.25. However, a corrigendum dated 6.1.2015 was published in the newspaper dated 8.1.2015 indicating therein cut off marks for O.B.C. Science category was 63.82.The date of counseling in science was changed to 7.1.2015. The contention is that the petitioner possessed 64.51 marks in Science and as per corrigendum dated 8.1.2015 the petitioner was duly qualified for counseling, however, due to the earlier advertisement wherein cut off marks were higher and the corrigendum having been published, only one day prior to the date fixed for counseling, the petitioner could not participate in the counseling. Serious prejudice has been caused to the petitioner.
Shri Manu Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 prays for and is allowed a week time to seek instructions.

बदायूं। जिले में चल रही प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक भर्ती में बचे रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष तीसरे चरण की मेरिट बनाने की तैयारियां शुरू कर दी गई हैं। स्टेट काउंसिल ऑफ एजुकेशन रिसोर्स एंड ट्रेनिंग (एससीईआरटी) की ओर से जारी आदेश के बाद डायट ने तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। शनिवार को सूची अनुमोदन के लिए लगा दी जाएगी।
बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में प्रशिक्षु शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया चल रही है। 20 जनवरी को पहले और छह फरवरी को दूसरे चरण में सभी पदों के सापेक्ष करीब 1,076 चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र दिए जा चुके हैं। इसके बाद बचे हुए पदों पर तीसरे चरण की शुरूआत की जानी थी। इसके लिए डायट संस्थान एससीईआरटी के आदेश का इंतजार में था। जो अब आ चुका है। एससीईआरटी के जारी निर्देश के मुताबिक जिले में रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष तैयारियों के लिए कहा गया है। डायट प्रवक्ता नवेद खां ने बताया कि एससीईआरटी की ओर से निर्देश आए हैं। लिहाजा तैयारी कराई जा रही हैं। अधिकांशत: पूरी भी कर ली गई हैं। बताया कि सब ठीक रहा तो शनिवार को जिला प्रशासन को अनुमोदन के लिए फाइल लगा दी जाएगी। बता दें कि अभी तक दो चरण हो चुके हैं। इसके बाद मेरिट जारी कर नियुक्ति पा बांटे जाएंगे। बीएसए कृपाशंकर वर्मा ने कहा कि उनकी तैयारी पूरी है। डायट की ओर से अनुमोदित सूची मिलने के बाद भी कार्रवाई बढ़ाई जाएगी।
