Job Description:
Business Unit:
The Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division provides industry leading metrology solutions for worldwide semiconductor IC manufacturers. The FaST Division portfolio of metrology products includes hardware and software solutions for optical film thickness, optical critical dimension (CD), composition, and resistivity measurement systems. These products are essential for the IC manufacturers as they provide critical metrology capabilities for the development and implementation of their advanced IC processes. The FaST division is committed to support our customers to achieve performance entitlement of our solution and we effectively partner with our customers from their early research and development phase to the high volume in-line manufacturing implementation specific for their process needs. The division consists of a global team located in US, Israel, China, and India.

Responsibilities:
The FaST Division Revenue Financial Analyst will support the Division Controller, General Manager, and other senior sales and marketing staff in deal structure, trade-in/swap analysis, rent vs. buy decisions, manufacturing planning, revenue recognition, and deal profitability analysis. This individual will represent finance in interacting with division sales on customer deal strategies and tool consignment plans. The individual will work closely with the corporate revenue group on statutory compliance and with the group revenue driver, sales, service, and engineering staff to track and manage risk and product mix in the revenue plan to hit company targets.
Additional responsibilities include: maintaining product gross margin models, preparing for executive and strategic planning reviews, long term mix and margin modeling, various ad-hoc market/economic analyses as appropriate.
Key activities include: periodic bookings, shipments, revenue, standard COGS, warranty, and consignment forecasting, monthly internal inventory close, quarterly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, quarterly warranty accounting close.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with international regions is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • High attention to detail including a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently to meet deliverable due dates
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both finance and non-finance business partners
  • Analytical mindset and ability to provide meaningful analyses that are actionable and provide the information that management needs to make effective business decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
